She started SilverSearch, Inc. with one other associate in December 2000 and as of today she has 25 employees offering permanent and IT consulting services. She is a member of WITI and NAFE.
Brian Wiseltier Senior Vice President, SilverSearch, Inc. Brian has been with Silversearch since opening in December 2000. He brings 15 years of recruiting experience in the IT industry. In addition to managing and training our full time recruiting team, Brian is also responsible for client management and candidate identification. Brian graduated from The University of Buffalo with a degree in psychology.
Sharon Siodmak Managing Director Sharon is driven by truly making the right “match” between an organization and those interested in joining a new organization. With about 15 years of technology search experience, she was previously a Research Manager for Ziff-Davis Publishing investigating trends in technology. Sharon graduated from Clark University with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Her commitment to quality and service set her apart. Richard Altamura Senior Vice President, SilverSearch Consulting, Inc. Rich joined SilverSearch,Inc in December of 2003 as a Senior Recruiter in our full time IT division. He has over 10 years of experience in the placement business. He has served as our Director of Full Time Recruiting but was most recently promoted to our consulting division as a Senior Sales Executive. He has a Bachelors degree from Rutgers University in Psychology.
Jill Jeffrey Vice President Jill has over 13 years experience in both full time and consulting IT Staffing. She specializes in working with candidates at all levels to find appropriate positions through career guidance which includes advice for career planning, resume writing, honing interview skills and negotiating offers. In addition she cultivates strong relationships with line organization management in fortune 500 companies. Jill holds a BS as well as a Masters degree.
